Once again it was a laugh filled event. From Pierce County Auditor Julie Anderson to Community Health Care President David Flentge and Board Chair Gary Walmer it was good news if not knee slapping humor, but everyone at the tables seemed to enjoy chatting with each other and donating to a super cause.
Like last year Dr. Jeffrey Smith - Residency Director added humor . . . and a threat. He wears his speedo and knows how to use it. If we didn't raise over $60,000 at this luncheon, he will wear it more appropriately . . . or inappropriately . . . your call . . . next time.
The comic, who was a stand-in, was excellent. The event for next year, will be held on March 21st, 2018.
